Ass Kickin’ Hot Sauce Variety 4 Pack
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Ass Kickin’ Hot Sauce Variety 4 Pack, 4/5oz., HSC-Ass-Kickin-Gift-Set
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Ass Kickin’ Hot Sauce Variety 4 Pack, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, sea salt, and lemon juice. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade for later.
- Add the Parmesan cheese to the marinade and whisk until combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
