Chipotle Pepper Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar Arizona Gunslinger Chipotle Pepper Salsa

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  5. Pour the Arizona Gunslinger Chipotle Pepper Salsa over the chicken breasts.
