Ass Kickin’ Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 oz. Ass Kickin’ Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, 1596AK
- 8-10 soft taco shells
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken breasts, then rub in the spices until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
